OUR AIM:
Do Eat Feel Happie
We aim to make all children healthier and happier through our programmes of workshops and seminars and our helpful online content for parents.
Our Mission
We aim to make children healthier, happier and more productive through our programmes, workshops and seminars aimed at equipping children with the tools they will need to build positive relationships with activity, food and mental health to make them happier in their lifetime.
We twin this with free online content for parents in order to reinforce this at home.
60 minutes
The recommended amount of time doing moderate/ vigorous activity children aged 5-18 should be doing daily.
DO HAPPIE
At the heart of keeping healthy is being active. It is the bedrock of our programme and has the biggest impact on children’s health due to the benefits it brings.
28%
An NHS survey estimates that 28% of children aged 2 to 15 in England were overweight or obese in 2016.
EAT HAPPIE
If we want our kids to be more active and more stable we need to fuel them in the right way. Food for kids doesn’t need to be a beige buffet nor does it need to taste disgusting!
75%
Of mental illnesses start in childhood according to recent UK government research.
FEEL HAPPIE
Every person will need some mental health support at some time in their life. Anxiety, stress and worry are every day occurrences but with the right guidance children can identify the symptoms and work towards solutions.

John keble primary school
“Thanks to your team for delivering the 3 assemblies and sessions with our children. The children were enthusiastic and could remember lots of what had been shared in assemblies. The little characters on the power points were fun- they liked the "magic 60 minutes" idea.
The sessions were well-presented and had lots of content in them. The interactivity was engaging and the children enjoyed discussing their own ideas too.”
- Mr Cascarini, Head of KS2 (John Keble Primary School)
